Negotiates and advises on commercial technology transactions supporting CoreWeave’s enterprise sales and strategic partnerships.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate cloud, SaaS, IaaS, software licensing, services, partnership, and data processing agreements.
- Advise internal teams on legal, privacy, and commercial risks and support enterprise sales transactions.
- Improve contract templates, playbooks, policies, and processes; coordinate with outside counsel as needed.

- 5+ years of combined legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm, primarily focused on commercial technology transactions.
- Experience supporting fast-paced enterprise sales and negotiating complex customer technology agreements, including SaaS, IaaS, and cloud services.
- Experience negotiating data processing agreements and identifying privacy and data protection issues in commercial transactions.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting enterprise sales at a VC-backed technology, cloud infrastructure, or other high-growth technology company.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
Pay
USD 134,000 to USD 179,000 base salary
