Performs hands-on data center hardware and network operations, including equipment deployment, diagnostics, repairs, cabling, and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Install, rack, maintain, and provision data center server, storage, and networking equipment; perform operating system installations.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues, replace components, and maintain structured cabling and physical security protocols.
- Update inventories and tickets, contribute to documentation and process improvements, and participate in rotating on-call coverage.
