Performs hands-on data center hardware and network operations, including equipment installation, diagnostics, repairs, cabling, and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Rack, install, maintain, and repair server, storage, and networking equipment; troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
- Support equipment provisioning and operating system installations, and maintain structured cabling, inventory records, and ticket updates.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, with on-site response within 60 minutes; travel up to 15% as needed.
