Performs hands-on data center hardware and network maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, installations, cabling, and operational documentation at an on-site facility.
What you'll do
- Rack, install, maintain, and repair server, storage, and networking equipment; perform diagnostics and replace components.
- Support equipment provisioning and operating system installations, maintain structured cabling and inventory records, and update tickets and documentation.
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, arriving on-site within 60 minutes when needed; travel up to 15% to other data center locations.
