About the job
Supports onsite data center operations by installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing hardware and networking equipment, with potential on-call duties and travel between locations.
What you'll do
- Support daily operations, troubleshoot and repair hardware and network equipment, and participate in root cause analysis.
- Assemble, install, and maintain equipment; manage inventory and contribute to documentation or training.
- Provide technical support, use or write scripts for server and networking hardware, and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
