Performs hands-on data center hardware and network operations, including installation, diagnostics, repair, cabling, and maintenance.
What you'll do
- Install, rack, stack, maintain, and repair server, storage, and networking hardware; provision devices and install operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and network issues, replace components, and maintain structured cabling and physical security protocols.
- Maintain inventory and ticket records, contribute to procedures and documentation, and participate in rotating on-call response.
