Maintains data center availability and reliability by diagnosing, repairing, installing, and supporting hardware and network infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues; analyze root causes of hardware and software failures.
- Assemble and install equipment, maintain inventory and tools, and develop scripts and documentation.
- Provide technical support and training, and respond to on-site failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while on scheduled on-call.
