Performs on-site data center hardware and network diagnostics, installations, cabling, maintenance, and physical repairs to support reliable facility operations.
What you'll do
- Rack, install, maintain, and repair server, storage, and networking equipment; perform diagnostics and troubleshoot ticketed issues.
- Maintain structured cabling, inventory records, and documentation while following physical and cybersecurity procedures.
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including arriving on-site within 60 minutes when required.
