Manages assigned data center development sites from acquisition through construction handoff, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, permitting, diligence, and project teams.
What you'll do
- Manage integrated delivery, schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting for assigned sites through construction handoff.
- Coordinate permitting, diligence and closing workstreams, consultants, internal teams, and external parties.
- Prepare sites for construction handoff by tracking defined exit criteria, approvals, agreements, and documentation.

Pay
USD 122,000 to USD 179,000 base salary
