What you'll do
- Own regional strategy, operating model, staffing, capacity forecasting, and management development.
- Set deployment architectures, automation and IaC standards, service levels, and quality expectations; build enablement and self-service programs.
- Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Support, and Product on customer outcomes, executive escalations, and roadmap recommendations.
