What you'll do
- Advise Operations leaders on strategic planning, organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and talent calibration.
- Build and lead the Operations People Business Partner team and scale support across new geographies, sites, and facilities.
- Advise on complex people matters and partner with internal People teams, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
