About the job
Leads and develops CoreWeave’s end-to-end SOX compliance program, strengthening controls, managing audits and remediation, and reporting on internal-control effectiveness.
What you'll do
- Lead SOX program strategy, scoping, risk assessment, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Manage external audits, remediation, executive reporting, and preparation of management’s ICFR assessment for SEC filings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 SOX professionals; deliver SOX training across the organization.

$182,000 to $242,000 USD base salary
