What you'll do
- Map operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Develop, test, maintain, and improve internal tools, dashboards, automations, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Create documentation and training, support adoption, and track solution impact using operational metrics.
