What you'll do
- Own the team’s product lifecycle and outcomes, from roadmap commitments through production reliability.
- Partner with product management and other teams to prioritize work, resolve dependencies, and balance delivery with technical health.
- Grow engineers into autonomous leaders while guiding architecture and championing AI-assisted development workflows.
