What you'll do
- Automate the liquid-cooling hardware lifecycle and develop hardware and firmware management, monitoring, alerting, and control systems.
- Qualify new platforms and troubleshoot production thermal events, RMA issues, and quality problems through root-cause resolution.
- Support liquid-cooling operations, including on-call escalation, and use operational insights to improve automation and design.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of data center thermal design, coolant types, heat transfer, and leak detection; in-depth knowledge of server hardware and fleet management.
- Proficiency in Python or Ansible and experience interacting with hardware using Redfish, IPMI, or SSH; Redfish preferred.
- Experience supporting production infrastructure, resolving incident escalations to root cause, and participating in on-call rotations.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with in-rack CDUs, liquid-to-air heat exchangers, or remote cooling units; or deploying liquid cooling infrastructure at scale.
- Familiarity with rack-scale liquid-cooled platforms such as NVIDIA GB200 / GB300, CDU vendor management interfaces, BMC technologies, Kubernetes-based services, Prometheus, or Grafana.
