Leads a regional Solutions Architecture team and personally supports complex customer deployments of Weights & Biases across cloud and on-prem environments.
What you'll do
- Hire, develop, and manage Solutions Architects; own regional account coverage and escalation processes.
- Lead customer architecture reviews, deployment escalations, infrastructure troubleshooting, workshops, and enablement.
- Turn recurring deployment issues into reusable assets and provide field evidence to Product and Engineering.
