Leads day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and improves CoreWeave’s end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, controls, automation, and vendor service as the business scales.
What you'll do
- Oversee Direct-spend AP operations, including invoice matching, exception handling, disbursements, vendor inquiries, and close activities.
- Strengthen SOX controls, segregation of duties, audit support, and remediation; improve AP performance and reduce recurring exceptions.
- Enhance ERP and AP workflows with partner teams, and oversee BPO/offshore partners through SLAs and KPIs.

- 8+ years in Accounts Payable or Accounting, including 3+ years leading teams in a shared services, GBS, or corporate accounting environment across Indirect and Direct spend.
- Strong Direct-spend experience, including inventory, 3-way match, and GRIR processes; end-to-end P2P experience.
- Hands-on experience with high-volume invoice processing, payment runs and banking functions, and month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations.
- ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Coupa) and advanced Excel skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AP automation, workflow tools, or process transformation.
- Experience in a publicly traded company or pre-IPO environment.
