Leads and scales a regional Physical AI Field Engineering practice, delivering AI solutions for customers’ engineering workflows while developing the team and operating model.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of specialist field engineers, data scientists, and forward-deployed engineers.
- Guide customer engagements from opportunity qualification through solution development, deployment, adoption, and expansion; set technical and delivery standards.
- Build scalable team practices, track operating metrics, and relay recurring customer needs to Product and Engineering.
