Manager, Property Accounting

What you'll do

• Manage the fixed asset subledger, asset master data, depreciation, and monthly reconciliation to the general ledger.
• Account for asset transfers, retirements, disposals, replacements, impairments, and leased fit-out assets; establish retirement and replacement processes.
• Prepare reporting schedules, maintain controls and audit documentation, and partner with cross-functional teams on asset accounting.

What they ask for

• 6+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in fixed asset or property accounting.
• Experience owning a fixed asset subledger and end-to-end month-end close, including depreciation, asset transfers, retirements, disposals, and subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliation.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance, including control documentation and external audit support.
• ERP systems experience; work authorization that does not require company sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in data centers or comparable capital-intensive infrastructure, or establishing retirement, replacement, and componentization processes for a large asset base.
• Big 4 public accounting experience; CPA or CMA; experience working with AI tools.

Pay

USD 115,000 to USD 153,000 base salary
