Manages US property tax compliance, tax fixed-asset data, and equipment-related tax positions for CoreWeave’s expanding data center footprint.
What you'll do
- Manage property tax filings, assessments, payments, accruals, audits, and appeals across US sites.
- Maintain and reconcile tax fixed-asset data; prepare inputs for tax depreciation, property tax reporting, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with advisors and internal teams on asset movement, construction, exemptions, incentives, and scalable tax processes.

- Hands-on experience managing US property tax compliance and working in a tax fixed asset register.
- Working knowledge of federal tax depreciation, including MACRS, bonus depreciation, and placed-in-service determinations; experience applying sales and use tax to capital equipment.
- Experience with Accounting Operations and Supply Chain or Procurement; proficiency with ERP and fixed asset systems and advanced Excel; bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
