Supports and improves production operations, services, and automation for data center infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and service issues and contributing to reliability and incident response.
What you'll do
- Monitor fleet health, troubleshoot issues, perform approved remediation, and participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
- Improve observability through dashboards, alerts, and operational KPIs; develop small scripts or automation.
- Maintain operational documentation and collaborate with engineering, fleet operations, and vendors to resolve issues.

- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and at least one public cloud platform or comparable distributed infrastructure environment.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, and scripting in Bash or another shell scripting language.
