Leads the Fleet Reliability Operations team responsible for provisioning, validating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CoreWeave’s server fleet around the clock.
What you'll do
- Build and lead a 24/7 engineering team; develop talent through onboarding, training, documentation, and performance management.
- Establish and document processes for provisioning, validating, and troubleshooting server nodes, and provide time-sensitive engineering support.
- Champion reliability, observability, automation, and process improvements, with event-driven automated remediation as the goal.
