What you'll do
- Advise leaders on people decisions; identify workforce patterns and recommend actions.
- Own performance calibration, compensation cycles, workforce planning, and employee relations matters.
- Lead organizational change and collaborate with People Team COEs and other stakeholders on scalable solutions.
