What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer strategy, and closing; build vetted candidate pipelines.
- Advise hiring managers on role scope, leveling, compensation, interview design, and hiring decisions.
- Use funnel metrics and market intelligence to improve process quality, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
