Leads the recruiting coordination team and interview operations, using workforce planning and operational data to support hiring needs and improve candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting coordination team; plan hiring, workloads, and team capacity.
- Report on recruiting activity, capacity, service levels, and candidate experience, and use findings to guide decisions and recommend improvements.
- Lead cross-functional programs and implement scalable changes to interview processes and recruiting operations.
