About the job
Executes direct-spend accounts payable operations and supports the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, controls, and process improvement in a global business services organization.
What you'll do
- Process invoices, payment batches, 3-way matching, and related banking functions while maintaining accurate and timely AP operations.
- Support month-end close, including AP accruals and reconciliations, and provide audit and SOX controls support.
- Partner with Accounting, Procurement, leadership, and vendors to standardize and improve AP processes.

- End-to-end Procure-to-Pay experience in a shared services, GBS, or corporate accounting environment.

- Hands-on ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.
