Prepares CoreWeave’s SEC filings and financial disclosures, supports technical accounting research and audits, and helps maintain financial reporting controls.
What you'll do
- Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A; review supporting documentation and tie-outs.
- Research and document accounting positions, support equity and stock-based compensation accounting, and assist with disclosure checklists.
- Partner with auditors and internal teams on reviews, earnings releases, management analyses, and SOX 404 controls.
