What you'll do
- Structure, draft, and negotiate supplier and indirect procurement agreements for hardware, data-center infrastructure, and logistics.
- Advise on supply-chain continuity, supplier risks and performance, product quality, remedies, responsible sourcing, and compliance.
- Support international expansion and develop contracting templates, playbooks, and training for business teams.
