About the job
Build executive and senior-level talent pipelines and provide research, market intelligence, and candidate partnership across Operations, IT, Revenue/GTM, and selected G&A and Marketing searches.
What you'll do
- Conduct talent mapping and market research; develop executive candidate lists, market briefs, and search insights.
- Create personalized candidate outreach, use sourcing tools and funnel data to refine strategy, and conduct initial conversations as needed.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders on intake, calibration, interviews, and advancing high-priority searches.
