Leads CoreWeave’s global business services function, standardizing and improving finance, HR, and procurement operations while overseeing controls, automation, and service delivery.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize global P2P, HR, OTC, and R2R processes; monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead global operations, compliance, risk management, and cross-functional projects, including system implementations and M&A integrations.
- Identify and scale AI and automation use cases, establishing responsible adoption practices and enabling the team to maintain AI-supported workflows.
