What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage Solutions Architects; own regional account coverage, on-call, and escalation processes.
- Lead customer architecture reviews, deployment escalations, and infrastructure troubleshooting; partner with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support.
- Turn recurring deployment issues into reusable architectures, automation, runbooks, and product feedback.
