About the job
Leads technical accounting and financial reporting support, advising on complex transactions, accounting standards, policies, valuations, and controls.
What you'll do
- Provide technical accounting guidance and prepare memos for complex transactions; research and implement accounting standards and policies.
- Partner with internal teams, external auditors, and valuation specialists to support reporting and transaction valuations.
- Lead and develop team members, monitor accounting changes, and improve workflows and compliance with internal controls and SOX.
