What you'll do
- Oversee foreign subsidiary formation, maintenance, governance, filings, and dissolution in coordination with local counsel and service providers.
- Manage entity governance records, signature processes, statutory deadlines, and the Computershare GEMS database.
- Support international expansion, M&A integration, restructurings, and U.S. corporate governance matters.

- Experience managing subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating filings with local counsel and corporate service providers.
