- Set technical direction and lead multi-quarter initiatives across developer platforms, CI, testing, artifacts, environments, and agentic tooling.
- Build scalable DevEx services and systems, and improve their reliability through post-mortems and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and collaborate with infrastructure, security, and product engineering teams.
