Owns the design, governance, rollout, and reliable operation of employee-facing AI platforms and tools, implementing enforceable enterprise controls and an internal gateway for chatbots and agents.
What you'll do
- Manage the lifecycle of employee AI platforms and establish processes for tool intake, review, rollout, and ongoing support.
- Implement identity-, device-, tenant-, and data-level guardrails, including connector and MCP allowlists.
- Operate AI services to SRE standards and provide usage, cost, quality, and risk telemetry.
