About the job
Owns quality strategy and execution for new compute hardware platforms from concept through volume production, ensuring they meet quality and stability targets.
What you'll do
- Lead quality work across NPI phases, setting quality gates and readiness criteria.
- Drive design and manufacturing quality reviews, FMEA, test strategies, and risk mitigation with engineering and manufacturing partners.
- Manage BOM-level quality and provide data-backed assessments of product readiness.

- Hands-on experience defining manufacturing test strategies and driving test coverage with CM/ODM partners.

- Experience with high-density racks, liquid cooling, and hyperscale data center hardware.
- Familiarity with industry standards relevant to compute hardware quality; experience building or maturing a product quality function.

USD 188,000 - USD 275,000 base salary
