About the job
Build and lead CoreWeave’s global enterprise risk and compliance function, establishing frameworks, governance, and processes for risk management and compliance coordination.
What you'll do
- Build the Enterprise Risk team and serve as the primary Board and Audit Committee contact on enterprise risk.
- Establish the enterprise risk assessment, risk register, KRI framework, risk appetite, and risk governance programs.
- Coordinate risk assurance and compliance obligations across functions, and partner with IT and business leaders on risk monitoring and reporting.
Nice to have
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise risk management or a closely related function.
- Prior VP or equivalent risk leadership experience; experience building ERM programs from inception; experience in high-growth technology or cloud infrastructure companies.
Pay
USD 350,000 to USD 375,000 base salary
