Own billing accuracy and support the billing experience for property managers using Corgi’s platform.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary billing contact and update the Insurance Operating System (IOS) to reflect client requests and changes.
- Maintain accurate billing structures, identify revenue-flow improvements with engineering, and build billing performance dashboards.
- Create billing training materials and playbooks, and standardize processes for support, validation, and troubleshooting.
