Installs and configures autonomous inventory robots at customer warehouses, coordinates implementations, responds to operational incidents, and helps customers and internal teams improve product success.
What you'll do
- Install and configure Corvus One hardware at customer facilities and organize enterprise implementation projects.
- Triage incidents and respond to real-world robotics operations.
- Educate customer champions about embodied AI and collaborate with product engineering and customer success on product improvements.
