What you'll do
- Manage and develop W-2 and 1099 physicians, setting performance expectations and supporting engagement and retention.
- Partner with Product, AI, and Clinical Operations to design and launch clinical programs, workflows, and care-model improvements.
- Provide direct patient care and clinical leadership, including navigating complex cases and driving clinical and operational excellence.

- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, with meaningful longitudinal patient-care experience.
