About the job
Provide asynchronous, message-based virtual care across acute, primary, and longevity medicine, using Counsel’s AI-enabled clinical tools while contributing to clinical quality and tool development.
What you'll do
- Diagnose, treat, triage, and follow up with patients; manage in-scope issues and guide patients to appropriate care when needed.
- Help develop clinical guidelines, peer review, and clinical systems; mentor clinicians.
- Provide feedback to shape the AI-enabled EHR and clinical workflows.
What they ask for
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine; IMLC membership and an IMLC Letter of Qualification.
- 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience in urgent care, ER, primary care, or a strong generalist mix.
- Comfort with fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based care and strong written communication.
- Availability for 32+ hrs/week; limited evening and weekend coverage required.
Nice to have
- Active licenses in CA, FL, and/or NY.
- Prior telehealth, virtual-first, or DTC healthcare experience; longevity care experience; or experience using AI in clinical practice.
