Leads and grows the implementation team, owning enterprise client launches from kickoff through go-live and hypercare while developing the processes and capacity to scale delivery.
What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and hire Implementation Managers and Associates; oversee delivery quality and escalations across the portfolio.
- Own launch scope, timelines, risks, executive communication, delivery KPIs, and handoffs to the Engagement team.
- Develop implementation methodology, templates, phase gates, tooling, reporting, and capacity planning; relay platform needs to Product and Engineering.
