About the job
Build and lead Courier Health’s legal function, advising executives and establishing scalable legal, compliance, and risk-management processes.
What you'll do
- Develop legal frameworks and processes, including for commercial agreements and data processing addenda.
- Advise the CFO and executive team on legal risk and partner across the organization on business decisions.
- Oversee compliance and regulatory risk, including patient-data matters, and coordinate with specialized outside counsel on HIPAA and privacy.
