What you'll do
- Manage customer onboarding, setup, QA, review, and launch against shared plans and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery, lead customer working sessions and status reviews, and own requests through resolution.
- Develop onboarding, intake, and release processes and improve delivery metrics, including time to launch.
