What you'll do
- Manage installation schedules, quality, efficiency, and completion across Southern California job sites; resolve punch-list items.
- Develop and implement installation SOPs, planning, standards, and processes across sites.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage installation crews; procure equipment and subcontracted work, and relay field feedback to the factory.
