Advises biotech and biopharma customers on using Cradle’s AI-guided protein optimization platform for antibody and other biotherapeutic projects, while supporting customer outcomes and product development.
What you'll do
- Translate customer scientific goals, workflows, and data into platform objectives; train customers and help interpret platform results.
- Recommend project strategies and go/no-go decisions, and build customer relationships that support project expansion.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve platform outputs and features.
