What you'll do
- Understand customer research objectives, protein engineering workflows, projects, and challenges through scientific and technical discovery.
- Develop and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations, and address questions and objections.
- Share customer insights with product teams, contribute to product-roadmap feedback, and create internal resources and mentorship.
