Own customer deployments by building proofs of concept, guiding onboarding, and translating customer needs into product improvements and scalable processes.
What you'll do
- Build proofs of concept to unblock deals and accelerate time-to-value; support customers directly in their workflows.
- Partner with end users to shape the product roadmap and advocate internally for customer use cases and objectives.
- Improve deployment playbooks, processes, tooling, onboarding documentation, and the user experience.
