Own and scale customer success for Credal’s AI platform, helping customers adopt it effectively and translating their feedback into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Build and scale customer-success playbooks, processes, and metrics across onboarding, training, renewals, and expansion.
- Work with customers and internal engineering and GTM teams to resolve support issues and track adoption and retention.
- Understand customer workflows and business goals, and synthesize customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
