What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and manage Assembly Technicians; coordinate staffing, training, and team priorities.
- Oversee daily production workflow, resources, schedules, and quality and safety compliance; resolve operational issues.
- Analyze build-time and labor-hour data and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production execution and continuous improvement.
